1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or accessing the PixelLab dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a corporate entity, you warrant that you have full authorization to bind such entity.
2. User Account Security & SLA Compliance
To guarantee operational excellence across marketing teams, users must comply with platform operational procedures:
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and session authorizations.
- Media Buyers and Managers agree to log SLA breaches and submit mandatory, valid delay justifications as managed by the SLA State-Evaluation Daemon.
- Any deliberate attempts to bypass authentication or manipulate dashboard metrics will result in immediate termination of corporate access.
3. Third-Party Integrations & Meta API
The platform integrates with the Meta Marketing API to retrieve live ad performance insights. Your usage of Facebook Login and connected ad analytics is subject to the following terms:
- You must comply with Meta's developer terms and advertising policies when using our synchronization workflows.
- PixelLab acts as an analytical overlay and is not responsible for campaign performance, ad account suspensions, or cost variations on Facebook.
4. Intellectual Property
All source code, proprietary algorithms, database schemas, styling designs, and customized interfaces compiled under PixelLab are protected under copyright and trademark laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
PixelLab and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from data sync delays, Meta API service interruptions, or operational SLA penalties.
