In compliance with Facebook developer policies and data privacy regulations, PixelLab provides a straightforward way for users to request the complete deletion of their account data.

To initiate a deletion request, please send an email to our support team at hello@pixellab.media.

2Draft Deletion Request Message

You can copy and use the template below to draft your request. We will process your request and permanently delete your account and all associated metrics within 24 hours of receiving the email.

I am writing to request the permanent deletion of my PixelLab account and all associated advertising campaign metrics, Facebook login authorizations, and user metadata linked to my email address.

3Revoking Meta App Permissions

If you have connected your Facebook Ad Account with PixelLab and wish to revoke application access permissions:

1. Go to your Facebook Profile's Settings & Privacy > Settings.
2. In the left sidebar, navigate to Apps and Websites.
3. Find PixelLab in the list of authorized apps.
4. Click Remove next to it to disconnect permissions immediately.
