Privacy Policy

Last Updated: May 28, 2026

1. Overview & Scope

PixelLab provides high-density analytics, team management systems, and automated campaign intelligence services for digital media operations. This Privacy Policy outlines how we process data when you access our dashboard, link social marketing integrations (including Meta APIs), or utilize our team workflow orchestrations.

2. Information We Collect

To perform automated ad account synchronization and role authorization services, we process the following categories of information:

  • Authentication Details: Company email addresses, name, profile avatar initials, and cryptographically hashed credentials.
  • Marketing & Ad Account Metrics: Aggregated spends, impressions, CTR, ROAS, click-through actions, and other public Facebook Ads Manager performance statistics connected via authorization tokens.
  • Operational Logging: Event timestamps, active user SLA actions, delay reasons, and dashboard activity records for team auditing.

3. Meta API Integration & Data Usage

When linking your Facebook Ad Accounts via the Facebook Login flow, PixelLab strictly uses authorized tokens to pull performance data (e.g., spend, purchase ROAS, conversions) into your local database workspace.

  • We do not share your long-lived access tokens with third parties.
  • API data is strictly stored locally within your secure database instance to populate operational scorecards and dashboards.
  • You can disconnect the Facebook API token at any time inside your settings page.

4. Data Protection & Security

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard configurations. Access permissions are strictly managed through role-based access controls (Owner, Manager, Team Lead, Media Buyer) verified via NextAuth.

5. Contact & Inquiries

For questions regarding this policy or to request direct removal of synchronized marketing accounts, please contact the workspace administrator or reach out at support@pixellab.app.
